TERMS OF BUSINESS
To make a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50 euros is required to hold & secure your date.
The full fee for services should be discussed & agreed with the piano player before deposit is paid. Please only place deposit if you are happy with the fee.
Once deposit is paid, the remainder of the fee will be due in cash on the day of the wedding or event. Regrettably cheques are not accepted when settling the balance.
Once deposit is placed, it is only transferrable under certain circumstances & this is at the descretion of the piano player, who will try his best to accommodate you if possible.
Change of venue or location may affect the agreed price & certain travel fees or expenses may apply.
Change of date after deposit is paid will be accommodated where possible & will be subject to availability. If however the piano player is unavailable for the newly announced date, the deposit will remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
For church wedding ceremonies or civil ceremonies, the piano player requests that he is given adequate notice (3 weeks if possible) of your proposed song choices to ensure the highest quality of performance on the day.
A few notes regarding general performances:
Keith will quote you per performance or service. He does not charge an hourly rate or a fee per song. It is important to note that Keith chooses which songs to play and tries his best to include a variety of music to suit the crowd. It is not Keith's policy to accept a customised songlist for performances (with the exception of wedding ceremonies). If you require Keith to learn new songs or material, he must be informed at least 3 weeks before the event date and this may incur an extra fee for sheet music/preparation time.
A few notes regarding Wedding Ceremony music:
Keith has a list of suggested songs for both church ceremonies and civil ceremonies available upon request. Your music should be special to you and if there is a special song that you would like performed at the wedding mass or at the civil ceremony venue, Keith will be happy to oblige where possible. If the songs you select are not part of Keith's repertoire, Keith will be happy to learn two new songs per booking free of charge. After this, further song requests may incur a small fee for sheet music/preparation time.
